Job Description – Serves clients by providing information and resolving client concerns. This position interacts with clients and responds to inquiries, concerns, maintenance requests and assists in maintaining office administrative tasks as needed.Duties and Responsibilities:
– Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
– Manages and Maintains client records by updating account information
– Resolves problems by assisting with complaints; resolving problems; determining and explaining solutions; following up to ensure resolution and keeping clients informed of status
– Contributes to the team’s effort by accomplishing tasks quickly and accomplishing team objectives
– Must have a friendly, positive and professional attitude
– Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource and communicates and coordinates with appropriate personnel
– Keeps detailed notes of clients interactions and transactions; Responds promptly to inquiries, comments and complaints
– Follows up on client interactions
– Educates and trains clients on the use of our system, policies and procedures
– Maintains safe and clean work area
– Complies with Company procedures, rules and regulations
– Maintains supplies by checking stock; anticipates required inventory; places and expedites orders and verifies receipt

– High school diploma and equivalent work experience

– Past client service and office administration experience
– Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
