Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager to lead our retail operations with energy and precision. Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory control, merchandising, and staff supervision
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members, ensuring alignment with company standards and culture
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets through effective marketing and promotional activities
- Oversee employee orientation, training & development programs to enhance team performance and customer service skills
- Manage cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Supervise inventory management processes including stocking, purchasing, pricing, and inventory control to minimize loss and optimize stock levels
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative work environment
- Handle customer service issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels and resolve conflicts efficiently
- Monitor store financials through budgeting, sales management experience, and retail math to ensure profitability
- Maintain operational standards by overseeing shift management, cashiering duties, store cleanliness, safety protocols, and store presentation
Requirements
- Proven management experience in the restaurant industry with a strong background in sales team leadership and store management
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, training & development
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customer bases
- Extensive knowledge of POS systems and inventory management tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent managerial communication skills to motivate teams and coordinate with different departments
- Basic math skills for cash handling, pricing adjustments, budgeting calculations, and financial reporting
- Ability to handle phone etiquette professionally while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Previous assistant manager or managerial roles demonstrating leadership in retail settings are preferred

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
