Resident Executives is hiring a full-time Wireless Sales Associate to represent a nationally recognized wireless brand at community events, retail pop-ups, and promotional campaigns throughout the Campbell and greater San Jose area. As a Wireless Sales Associate, you'll meet customers face-to-face, introduce affordable wireless products and services, answer questions, and help customers complete enrollments while building valuable professional experience.
Every Wireless Sales Associate receives hands-on training in customer engagement, wireless products, and professional sales techniques. As a Wireless Sales Associate, you'll build relationships with customers, recommend wireless solutions that fit each household's needs, and strengthen awareness of our brand through positive, in-person interactions at events and promotional locations.
Wireless Sales Associate JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet directly with customers at community events, retail pop-ups, and promotional campaigns to introduce wireless products and services.
- Represent our wireless brand professionally during every customer interaction.
- Build relationships with prospective, current, and former customers through engaging conversations and personalized follow-up.
- Learn each customer's needs and recommend wireless solutions that provide long-term value.
- Guide customers through the enrollment process while ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Answer questions about products, services, promotions, and available wireless options.
- Maintain detailed records of customer conversations and completed enrollments while supporting overall sales performance.
- Continue growing as a Wireless Sales Associate through coaching, mentorship, and ongoing development opportunities while representing our brand.
