We are seeking a REHABILITATION TECH/AIDE to join our rehab team who is passionate, motivated and a team player.
***Our Rehab Tech MUST have an active CNA license. ***
This position is Monday- Friday (Day Shift)
Ardelle Gardens Care Center offers a supportive family environment with compassionate rehab teams led by an experienced Director of Rehabilitation. Rehabilitation tech utilized to assist therapists with resident transport, maintenance tasks for residents, set up and maintain rehab gyms and administrative functions. The rehab department utilizes Net Health-Therapy and Point Click Care for billing and documentation to assist therapists with daily efficiency where quality care remains the primary focus of each therapist. The facility has a 6-day a week, in-house comprehensive rehabilitation program. Our rehab tech positions may be assigned other duties within the facility if needed.
JOB SUMMARY
This position reports directly to the Director of Rehabilitation and may receive guidance from therapists and therapy assistants.
Provides resident transport to and from the rehab department.
Performs administrative/clerical duties of rehab department related to residents.
Assists with maintaining cleanliness of rehab space and equipment.
Assists with maintaining stock and inventory of supplies and equipment.
Assists with treatment set up and break down under the direction of the therapist as allowed.
Participate in any department meeting as indicated.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Must have an active Florida CNA License from an accredited school or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
Must have minimal High School Diploma
Must have computer skills and be tech savvy.
Must have good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Time management and organizational skills are essential in this position
