Rickenbaugh INFINITI is adding two technicians to our service team in Dacono, CO. We are a volume INFINITI store with steady, year-round work, so you are turning wrenches and building hours, not waiting for cars. Clean, modern, climate-controlled shop with current equipment.
You will start on our service and reconditioning line and grow from there. If you want a real path to certified, flat-rate diagnostic work, this is where you build it.
What You Will Earn
- $24 to $36 per hour based on experience
- Steady full-time hours. The work is here every day.
- A clear path up. As you earn your certs and prove out, you move toward flat rate and higher pay. We promote from this bench.

What We Are Looking For
- 1 to 3 years of automotive repair experience, dealership or independent
- Solid on brakes, fluids, tires, batteries, and general maintenance
- Own your basic hand tools
- Clean MVR, able to pass background and drug screening
- ASE certs are a plus, not required. Bring the work ethic and we will help you earn the rest.
What You Will Do
- Multi-point inspections on incoming used and trade-in vehicles
- Brakes, fluids, tires, belts, batteries, and general maintenance
- Flag needed repairs for the service team and used-car management
- Get cars safe, clean, and sale-ready on a tight turn
