Position Summary:
We're seeking an experienced RN to serve as Quality Assurance Specialist, ensuring clinical documentation, treatment plans, and orders meet regulatory, payer, and internal standards across our SNF partner network.
Quality Assurance Key Responsibilities
- Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Audit wound assessments, debridement notes, orders, and treatment plans
- Verify documentation supports medical necessity and billing requirements
- Identify gaps and coordinate corrections with providers and clinical staff
- Support ongoing QA processes and reporting requirements
- Active RN license (required)
- 5+ years of wound care experience
- Working knowledge of debridement's
- Working knowledge of orders and treatment plans
- Strong attention to detail and documentation review skills
- Effective communication with Providers
Preferred
- Wound care certification (CWCN, CWS, WCC, or equivalent)

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour
