Role Overview
We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Barista who enjoys connecting with people and takes pride in their work. You'll prepare quality beverages, create welcoming experiences for our guests, and contribute to the daily operations of the café.
Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, teas, and other menu items with consistency and care.
- Welcome guests and provide thoughtful recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace throughout each shift.
- Follow recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning tasks.
- Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in coffee is preferred but not required.
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in specialty coffee and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Pay: $12.50 - $16.50 per hour
