Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavioral Health Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in implementing behavioral intervention plans for children with autism, anxiety, depression, and/or other developmental disabilities. You will work under the supervision of a Behavioral Consultant (BC) to provide support that enhances the quality of life for our clients. This position requires a strong commitment to ethical practices and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
Duties:
- Implement individualized treatment plan interventions.
- Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors accurately.
- Educate clients and their families about behavioral strategies and interventions.
- Maintain confidentiality of medical records in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Collaborate with team members, including caregivers, BC, MT, special education professionals, and other support staff.
- Provide RBT support in various settings, including home, school, and/or community environments.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children on the autism spectrum and/or with developmental disabilities as a BHT/TSS.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices.
- Strong data collection skills for tracking client progress effectively.
- Ability to educate clients and families about behavioral interventions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Clear, legible handwriting is preferred.
- Completed 40-hour RBT training (if not completed, then will need to complete within 90 days of being hired).
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

License/Certification:
