Machine Operator (2nd & 3rd Shift) – St. Charles, IL

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join a prominent, family-operated global manufacturing firm located in St. Charles. Shift Details
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Base pay of $20.60/hr plus a $0.75/hr shift differential.
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday. Base pay of $20.60/hr plus a $1.50/hr shift differential. Weekend availability may be required.
Core Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the equipment utilized for powder coating manufacturing.

Assist in essential production tasks such as mixing, extrusion, grinding, and packaging.

Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly following operational guidelines.

Required Qualifications
