Duties
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff during your shift, ensuring smooth operations and high performance.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards and consistency.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Control inventory levels, monitor food safety practices, and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed.
- Train new team members on food service procedures, customer service expectations, and safety protocols.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a welcoming dining environment.
- Assist with shift scheduling, budgeting tasks, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in quick service or fast food restaurants, with strong leadership skills.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential.
- Background in food safety standards, food industry regulations, and hospitality management.
- Ability to train staff effectively in food production, customer service, and safety protocols.
- Experience in managing inventory control, budgeting, and food cost analysis.
