Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented On-Site Property Manager to oversee daily operations for single family homes, mixed use residential apartment complex. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for residents, prospective tenants, vendors, and team members. Your leadership will ensure the property runs smoothly, maintenance issues are promptly addressed, and leasing goals are achieved. The ideal candidate is proactive and customer-focused. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, rent collection, and tenant relations to ensure high occupancy rates and resident satisfaction.
- Oversee lease or rental agreement management, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant law.
- Utilize property management software such as Appfolio to maintain accurate records of tenant data, financial transactions, and maintenance requests.
- Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management to ensure the property remains safe, clean, and well-maintained.
- Conduct regular inspections, resolve conflicts effectively using conflict management skills, and address tenant concerns promptly via excellent customer service practices.
Pay: $25.05 - $30.17 per hour
