Dental Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator
Kalamazoo Pediatric Dentistry is a fast-paced practice requiring a variety of job skills and personal work ethic. We strive to provide compassionate, expertly-delivered dental care to children, adolescents, and children with special needs. We try to laugh and have fun so the children have a great experience at the dentist.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to-
-Greeting patients and families walking in the door, we strive to make sure they feel welcome and comfortable
-Checking patients in, explaining/receiving paperwork and verifying information
-Entering insurance information and verifying benefits and eligibility
-Booking/rescheduling appointments and taking payments
-Answering phones
Expectations-
We prefer a candidate with prior dental office work experience that has an outgoing and friendly personality. We are an extremely busy office and the ability to multitask and stay organized is essential to the job. Working knowledge of Dentrix is preferred. A love of children is imperative!
Pay is dependent on previous experience.
Hours are full-time. Monday-Friday. No weekends.
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
