Salary & Benefits
- Pay Range: $25 -$35 per hour, based on experience (weekly overtime available)
- Sign-on Bonus: Available for experienced installers
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (7 AM - 4 PM), with overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Installation: Install residential split systems, furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork according to blueprints, structural constraints, and local codes.
- System Connections: Properly and safely complete electrical hook-ups, low-voltage wiring, gas line modifications, and vent terminations.
- Quality Documentation: Complete full job visual documentation, ensuring clear, high-quality, standard-lens photos are taken of all finished equipment, terminations, thermostats, and surrounding work areas.
- Job Flow Management: Follow standard operating procedures for job folder management, including parts checklists, building permits, and precise documentation of materials used.
- Customer Interaction: Introduce your installation crew clearly, review the completed work overview with homeowners, and answer any operation questions to maintain stellar customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of residential HVAC installation or change-out experience.
- Licensing: Valid EPA Section 608 Certification is required.
- Driver's License: Clean, valid driver's license, and capable of passing an insurance check.
- Technical Aptitude: Proficient in reading schematics, sheet metal modification, recovery machine operation, and brazing techniques.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and comfortably work in attics, crawel-spaces, and varying weather conditions.
- Background Check: Must be willing to undergo a standard background check and drug screening.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
