Job Details:
- Full time need for Bread and Butter Dentistry
- Mon- Fri between 8am-5pm
- $850+ daily guarantee for 90 days, after that it is 32% adjusted production
- Support military families
Duties
- Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics treatments.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop effective treatment plans.
- Utilize dental imaging and radiography tools while adhering to infection control and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
- Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists in four-handed dentistry practices to optimize workflow and patient comfort.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies.
- Educate patients on oral health best practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term wellness.
- Stay current with advancements in dental terminology, techniques, and technology such as Epic, Eaglesoft, and Dentrix software systems.
Experience
- Valid state licensure as a licensed Dentist with experience practicing general dentistry in a clinical setting.
- Prior experience working in a dental office or clinic environment is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with dental fabrication techniques, dental extractions, endodontics (root canal therapy), and prosthodontics procedures.
- Familiarity with pediatric dentistry principles and providing care for pediatric patients is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, infection control protocols, and medical imaging techniques relevant to dentistry.
- Experience using electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Dentrix is advantageous.
Pay: $185,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
