Job Summary
We are seeking an honest, hardworking, and experienced Paver / Travertine / Marble to join our growing construction team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing outdoor hardscape materials for driveways, pool decks, patios, walkways, and other residential and commercial projects.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, works well with others, and understands the importance of providing excellent service when working at our customers' properties.

Responsibilities
- Install concrete pavers, travertine, marble, and porcelain pavers.
- Prepare installation areas, including grading, leveling, base preparation, and compaction.
- Install materials according to proper elevations, pitch, and drainage requirements.
- Cut and fit materials accurately around edges, drains, steps, curves, and other obstacles.
- Install borders, soldier courses, and different paver patterns.
- Install joint sand and complete final finishing and cleanup.
- Perform paver and stone repairs when needed.
- Safely operate saws, compactors, hand tools, and other hardscape construction equipment.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials as needed.
- Keep job sites clean and organized throughout the project.
- Follow company safety procedures and project specifications.
- Work efficiently with crew members and supervisors.
- Interact professionally and respectfully with customers while working at residential and commercial properties.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and ready to work each day.
- Must be comfortable performing physically demanding outdoor construction work.
- Must be able to lift and move construction materials weighing up to approximately 75 lbs when necessary.
- Must be able to work outdoors in South Florida weather conditions.
- Must take pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Must work well as part of a team and be willing to help wherever needed.
Qualifications
- At least 2 year of hands-on experience installing pavers, travertine, marble, porcelain pavers, or similar hardscape materials preferred.
- Experience installing driveways, pool decks, patios, and walkways.
- Knowledge of grading, base preparation, compaction, leveling, pitch, and drainage.
- Ability to make accurate cuts and produce clean lines and professional finishes.
- Experience with paver repairs is a plus.
- Familiarity with construction site safety procedures.
- Valid driver's license preferred.

Compensation
$25.00 – $30.00 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
