What You Will Do Each Day
- Lead crews on residential job sites, setting the pace and the quality standard for the day.
- Execute projects with strong quality control and proper construction sequencing.
- Maintain workflow efficiency so jobs stay on schedule and on budget.
- Operate equipment such as skid steers and other light machinery.
- Interact professionally with homeowners throughout the project.
