EXPERIENCED ELECTRICIAN – RALEIGH / TRIANGLE AREA
DATA ELECTRIC IS HIRING – EXPERIENCED ELECTRICIANS ONLY
We are looking for an experienced electrician who can actually perform in the field without constant supervision.
This is not an entry-level position. If you have only helper experience, limited hands-on knowledge, or need someone standing over you telling you every step of the job, this position is not for you.
We need electricians who can show up, assess the job, read plans, troubleshoot problems, and get the work completed correctly and efficiently.
YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO:
- Perform residential and commercial electrical installations
- Troubleshoot electrical problems without guessing
- Install panels, feeders, branch circuits, devices, and equipment
- Read electrical drawings and understand job scope
- Work independently and manage assigned tasks
- Identify problems and communicate solutions
- Complete professional, code-compliant work
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
Fire alarm, data, CAT5e/CAT6, fiber, network, and low-voltage experience is a major advantage.
REQUIREMENTS
- PROVEN electrical field experience
- Valid driver's license
- Dependable transportation
- Ability to work independently
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Dependable attendance and work ethic
- Professional attitude with customers and contractors

PAY IS BASED ON WHAT YOU CAN ACTUALLY DO — NOT JUST THE NUMBER OF YEARS YOU CLAIM TO HAVE BEEN AN ELECTRICIAN.
Work Area: Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, and the surrounding Triangle area.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
