Local Property Management Company in search of Painter / Handyman / Carpenter.
This position would be flexible schedule, "fill in, extra cash, 2nd job" type. Not a consistent or full time position. As needed call in basis.
We can work around your schedule with another job. Weekends, after hours, okay.
Variety of residential and commercial maintenance projects.
*Basic Plumbing and Electrical.
*Painting
*Basic Carpentry and trim work
*Caulking, touch up work, and surface prep.
*Installing fixtures, hardware, and minor components.
*General property maintenance and repair tasks.
Ideal Candidate:
*Fully Tooled (Not required)
*Must have your own transportation as the job sites are varied around Great Falls
*Ability to Travel within the State (Butte) a PLUS. (but not required)
*Ability to work independently
Pay: $18.00 per hour
