Responsibilities
- Perform precise eyebrow threading to shape and sculpt eyebrows according to client preferences and facial features
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable eyebrow styles and discuss additional beauty services such as waxing, tinting, or skincare treatments
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and follow all sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- Assist clients with selecting and applying complementary beauty services like facials, waxing, or eyebrow tinting
- Promote retail sales of skincare products, waxing supplies, and other beauty essentials to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary tools and supplies
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in hair threading, waxing services, or esthetic treatments
- Strong understanding of sanitation procedures and safety protocols within a salon setting
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
- Ability to perform additional aesthetic services including facials, tinting services, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, or makeup application is desirable
- Certification or licensing in cosmetology or esthetician practices preferred but not required
