Duties
- Provide outstanding in-flight customer service, including food and beverage delivery, ensuring passenger comfort and satisfaction.
- Conduct comprehensive safety demonstrations and briefings in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations and airline policies.
- Manage aircraft evacuation procedures efficiently during emergencies, guiding passengers calmly and confidently.
- Communicate effectively with passengers using multiple languages such as Vietnamese, Haitian Creole, Greek, Arabic, French, Mandarin, Korean, Russian, Tagalog, Japanese, Thai, Dutch, Hindi, Khmer, Danish, Cantonese, Turkish, Czech, and others to accommodate diverse needs.
- Supervise cabin crew members when applicable; oversee in-flight logistics and coordinate team efforts to maintain smooth operations.
- Handle passenger inquiries and resolve conflicts or issues with professionalism and tact using conflict management skills.
- Ensure compliance with aviation safety standards and airline policies throughout all phases of flight.
Skills
- Multilingual proficiency in languages including but not limited to English, French, Mandarin, Arabic, Korean, Russian, Japanese, Vietnamese, Greek, Haitian Creole, Tagalog, Dutch, Hindi, Khmer, Danish, Cantonese, Turkish, Czech and Thai.
- Strong leadership and supervising experience to guide cabin crew effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for public speaking and customer interaction in diverse environments.
- Knowledge of aircraft evacuation procedures and airline passenger emergency management protocols.
- Expertise in in-flight food service and beverage presentation within hospitality standards.
- Familiarity with federal aviation regulations governing air transportation industry safety practices.
- Proven ability to manage logistics efficiently while demonstrating exceptional time management skills.
- Experience in private aviation or related fields is a plus; a background in hospitality or customer service is highly valued.
- Strong organizational skills combined with conflict management capabilities to handle challenging situations calmly.

Pay: $24.56 - $29.58 per hour
