Overview
As we continue to expand, we are seeking experienced Solar Sales Representatives who are confident in generating leads, educating homeowners, and closing deals. This is a full-cycle sales role where representatives manage the process from prospecting through installation.
This is a full-time W2 position with guaranteed weekly base pay, uncapped commissions, paid training, and a clear path for growth within the company.
We are looking for driven individuals who thrive in a performance-based environment, work well independently, and want to build a long-term career in the solar industry.
What You'll Earn
- $800 weekly base salary
- $300 per KW commission
- $50 per KW leadership override
- $50 per KW vesting opportunity
- $500 monthly vehicle stipend
- Additional performance bonuses
- On-Target Earnings: $160,000+ annually
Top performers consistently earn $2,500-$4,000+ per week.
What You'll Do
- Generate and develop your own sales opportunities
- Conduct in-home solar consultations with homeowners
- Present customized solar solutions and financing options
- Build trust and educate customers throughout the sales process
- Overcome objections and guide homeowners toward a confident decision
- Manage follow-up activity and maintain a healthy pipeline
- Close deals and drive revenue growth
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of solar sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to run the full sales cycle independently
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Comfortable working face-to-face with homeowners daily
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Full-time availability (Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM-8:00 PM)
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Comfortable with field sales and lead generation
