AGENT SERVICES COORDINATOR
Full-time, Non-Exempt – Annual Starting Salary: $35,000 (w/ goal-oriented bonus opportunities)
Job Description:
The Agent Services Coordinator (ASC) is a highly personable and professional first point-of-contact for agents, guests, and visitors. This individual embodies a positive & supportive demeanor, dedicated to providing an exceptional experience on a daily basis. The ASC balances operational efficiency with a strong attention to detail in handling various administrative and fiscal responsibilities.

As an integral part of the staff team, this role will actively collaborate to meet the needs of the executive management team and the agents at both our Mandeville & Hammond offices, as well as ensure consistency in office operations and overall service delivery.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Greet guests, agents, and vendors with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism
- Answer and route incoming calls promptly and courteously
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries daily as directed by MCA
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of agents, including scheduling one-on-one support as needed
- Assist the Team Leader (TL) with scheduling recruiting appointments (significant bonus opportunities are available based upon appointments being held)
- Assist with event planning and on-site implementation as needed
- Prepare materials and support the coordination of Market Center and Business Center events, educational sessions, and monthly Business Meetings
- Track attendance for classes/courses and ensure agent education records meet company standards
- Provide basic guidance on Keller Williams platforms (such as Command, KW Connect, and other intranet systems), and direct agents to additional tech support when needed
- Schedule and confirm distribution of social media posts
- Communicate with vendors regularly and support the execution of the annual Vendor Program, including scheduling, relationship management, and ensuring policy compliance·
- Assist in the implementation of growth tools and help communicate the Market Center value story to agents
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and supply levels of the reception area, kitchen, and all shared office spaces
- Coordinate with Market Center Administrator (MCA) to order and maintain an adequate stock of office supplies at all times
- Assist the Market Center Administrator/Chief Financial Officer with various assignments as needed
- Collaborate with the leadership team to continuously improve the agent experience and office efficiency
- Open & Close the office each day (doors, lights, etc)
- Participate in daily leadership meetings
- Fiercely protect the Team Leader’s Calendar
- Participate in activities and events that further contribute to the mission and vision of the organization

- Able to handle multiple responsibilities with focus and composure in a dynamic office environment
- Amendable & agreeable to direction from the Market Center leadership
- Strong background in data entry and customer support roles
- Proven experience in office administration or client services is preferred

- High school diploma required
Experience:
- Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
- Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred)
- Facebook Advertising: 1 year (Preferred)
- Google Suite: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
U.S. Driver's License (Required)
In-Office Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm with flex one-hour break
Compensation & Benefits:
Non-Exempt Salaried Compensation, Bonus Opportunities, & Paid Vacation/Personal Leave
Upon satisfactory completion of the 90-day Probationary Period, paid leave and additional passive bonus income will be available at the discretion of management for meeting the identified goals of overall company growth.
