We are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated Entry Level Sales Assistant to help introduce customers to home improvement and exterior solutions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, starting conversations, and developing valuable sales and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
As an Entry Level Sales Assistant, you will connect with homeowners, learn about their needs, and introduce solutions designed to improve their homes while reducing ongoing maintenance. You’ll receive hands-on experience developing customer relationships, explaining product benefits, and supporting the sales process from the initial conversation through follow-up.

- Engage with homeowners and customers to introduce home improvement solutions based on their needs
- Start meaningful conversations and identify potential customer needs and opportunities
- Explain product features, benefits, and value in a clear and approachable way
- Help customers understand how home improvement solutions can reduce maintenance and improve their property
- Build positive relationships through professional and personable communication
- Ask questions to better understand each customer's home and specific needs
- Assist with sales presentations and provide accurate information about available solutions
- Follow up with customers to answer questions and maintain strong relationships
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Provide a professional, friendly, and customer-focused experience throughout the sales process
Entry Level Sales Assistant Qualifications
- Previous sales, customer service, retail, or outreach experience is helpful but not required
