Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | No Weekends

Position Summary
The CT/MRI Technologist performs a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures utilizing Computed Tomography (CT) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) equipment. The technologist is responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and compliance with all departmental and Veterans Affairs policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform CT and MRI examinations according to physician orders and established imaging protocols.
- Prepare, position, and educate patients prior to imaging procedures.
- Operate CT and MRI equipment safely and efficiently while producing high-quality diagnostic images.
- Monitor patients throughout imaging procedures and respond appropriately to any changes in condition.
- Ensure compliance with MRI safety standards and screening protocols.
- Maintain accurate electronic documentation and patient records.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
- Maintain imaging equipment and adhere to all quality assurance, infection prevention, and safety standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Active ARRT (CT) certification required.
- MRI Certification required.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Minimum one (1) year of recent CT experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Excellent patient care, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- No weekends
