WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build relationships with local business owners to understand their employee benefits needs
- Present and sell Aflac's supplemental insurance products through consultative conversations
- Guide employees through benefits enrollment and serve as their ongoing support contact
- Grow your book of business through referrals, networking, and outreach
- Manage your own pipeline and schedule — this is your business to build
REQUIREMENTS
- 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S. (no employer sponsorship available)
- Willing to obtain a Life & Health insurance license — we provide study materials and support
- Strong communicator with a natural ability to connect with people
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently
- Prior sales experience a plus, but not required
