Employees will be required to work hard and follow instructions, but they will gain valuable knowledge and experience working for a master builder and general contractor.

2. correctly follow instructions
3. work quickly and efficiently
4. comfortably use both hand and power tools
5. do physically demanding work (lifting, bending, kneeling, carrying, standing, etc.)
6. arrive promptly and work all day
