Powder Coater Details:
-
Temp-to-Hire position
-
$20.00 /hour
-
Full Time work available
-
Second Shift (Monday through Thursday from 04:00pm to 02:30am)
-
Prepare metal parts for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, masking, and staging materials.
-
Apply powder coat finishes using electrostatic spray equipment.
-
Monitor coating thickness, coverage, and finish quality.
-
Load and unload parts from paint lines, racks, and curing ovens.
-
Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
-
Maintain powder coating equipment and work area in a clean and organized manner.
-
Follow all safety procedures and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
-
Assist with material handling and movement of parts throughout the production process.

Identify and communicate equipment, quality, or production issues to supervisors.
-
Support other manufacturing operations as needed.
Powder Coater Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED preferred.
-
Previous powder coating, industrial painting, or manufacturing experience preferred.

Ability to follow work instructions and quality specifications.
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-
Basic understanding of measuring tools and quality inspection techniques.
