Pest Control Technician

This position is built for people who want to work hard, earn more, and enjoy more time off. Our technicians work three 12-hour shifts each week, giving you four full days off while still maintaining full-time income potential.

Schedule
- 3 scheduled 12-hour shifts per week

Pay & Growth Structure
- Starting Pay: $18/hr
- +$1/hr raise after successful completion of the 120-day onboarding period
- +$1/hr raise at the 6-month mark $2 pay increase within first 6 months

What You’ll Be Doing
- Running a daily service route
- Treating homes using professional pest control products
- Inspecting and solving pest-related issues
- Communicating with customers professionally
- Maintaining your vehicle, equipment, and service quality
- Taking ownership of your route and customer experience

Basic Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Able to pass background check and drug screening
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors
- Reliable transportation to and from work
