Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct financial needs analyses to understand client goals and priorities
- Recommend personalized solutions including insurance, investments, retirement planning, and wealth strategies
- Prospect and network to generate new business opportunities
- Meet with clients regularly to review progress and adjust plans as needed
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development
- Build your personal brand within the community and marketplace
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Sales, customer service, or business development experience is a plus
