What You'll Do
- Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence and dignity.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents through compassionate, person-centered care.
- Monitor residents and promptly communicate changes in condition to the nursing team.
- Record vital signs and accurately document resident care.
- Assist with transfers, mobility, meals, and personal hygiene.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
- Work alongside nurses and fellow caregivers to deliver outstanding resident care.
What We're Looking For
- Current Arkansas CNA certification.
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to support your team.
