What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for service customers — in person and over the phone
- Schedule appointments and keep customers informed on repair progress
- Prepare accurate repair estimates and service orders
- Coordinate with Service Managers and Technicians on labor and parts needs
- Open, update, and close work orders efficiently
- Ensure customers fully understand services provided before they leave
- Provide top-tier support for daily shop, field, and delivery operations
What You Bring to the Team:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- 2–4 years of experience in automotive or construction service support
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Computer-savvy (Excel experience a plus)
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
