Aspire Senior Living New Florence is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our team. As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) with Aspire Senior Living New Florence, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Our ideal Certified Medication Technician (CMT) candidate is a reliable and skilled individual who can administer prescribed medications and treatments, observe residents for side effects, and maintain compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Responsibilities:
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by a licensed nurse
- Accurately document medication administration and resident responses
- Observe residents for side effects and report any adverse reactions to the nursing team
- Assist with daily living activities as needed, including personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility support
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations
- Promote a safe and clean environment for residents and staff
Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Qualifications:
- Valid Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification in Missouri
- Experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
