At Spooner, you can have the best of both worlds.
This unique hybrid position combines traditional outpatient orthopedic physical therapy with onsite employer-based musculoskeletal care. You'll split your time between one of our Spooner clinics and a local employer, allowing you to deliver exceptional patient care while helping employees stay healthy, active, and productive.
You'll enjoy the collaboration, mentorship, and clinical excellence of an outpatient team while building lasting relationships with employees, managers, and organizational leaders in an innovative employer-based setting.
What You'll Do
In the Spooner Clinic
- Deliver exceptional orthopedic physical therapy.
- Collaborate with an experienced, supportive clinical team.
- Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and clinical development.
- Help patients return to the activities they love.
At the Employer Worksite
- Become a trusted movement expert for employees and leadership.
- Identify musculoskeletal risks through movement assessments and early intervention.
- Provide education, consultation, and individualized care.
- Partner with employers to improve workforce health and reduce injury frequency.
- Utilize innovative technology and data to guide care and measure outcomes.

What We're Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Passion for orthopedic physical therapy and helping people move better.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in workplace health, injury prevention, or occupational medicine is a plus.
- Collaborative, curious, and solutions-oriented mindset.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
