Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & Front Desk Operations
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a seamless and elevated check-in experience
- Manage reservations using the POS system, including scheduling appointments and processing payments
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing accurate information about services, promotions, and availability
- Accurately manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and end-of-shift balancing
- Support inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and front desk organization
Retail & Upselling
- Provide product demonstrations and education on spa treatments, skincare products, and retail merchandise
- Confidently upsell services and products in a natural, guest-focused manner
- Maintain appealing retail displays and assist with merchandising efforts
Social Media & Brand Presence (Instagram & TikTok)
- Capture engaging photos and short-form videos of the spa environment, retail products, and team culture (while maintaining client privacy)
- Assist in creating Instagram Reels and TikTok content showcasing treatments, promotions, behind-the-scenes moments, and wellness tips
- Participate on camera when appropriate to promote services, events, and seasonal specials
- Help brainstorm trending content ideas aligned with current social media trends
- Encourage guests to tag, review, and share their spa experiences online
- Support growth of followers, engagement, and brand awareness
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling in retail, spa, or hospitality environments
- Comfortable being on camera and creating short-form social media content
- Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok trends, reels, captions, and hashtags
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident engaging with diverse guests
- Natural sales ability and comfort with upselling products and services
- Knowledge of merchandising and retail presentation
- Basic math skills for transactions and inventory tracking
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Previous experience managing or contributing to business social media accounts preferred
