iGlam Lash & Beauty Salon is seeking an organized and self-motivated Lash Salon Receptionist with the potential to transition into a salon management position to join its team and help create an amazing client experience for customers in the Jacksonville area.

About The Opportunity
As the face of iGlam Lash & Beauty Salon, you’ll be tasked with delivering a consistently positive first impression to clients and will:
- Educate clients on salon services and products
- Accurately schedule clients in-person and over the phone
- Work collaboratively with salon professionals to uphold a seamless workflow
- Perform light cleaning duties and ensure the salon remains clean and orderly
- Greet customers upon arrival and departure in a friendly and courteous manner
- Address customer concerns and/or complaints in a prompt and professional manner
- Assist in creating and posting salon social media content.
- Collaborate with management to meet salon goals.
- Manage salon inventory
