Our team is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to identify a talented
Senior Accountant who will play a key role in financial reporting, inventory accounting, and operational finance. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional seeking long-term career growth with a stable and innovative manufacturer.
Responsibilities:-
Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.

Prepare accurate financial statements and support management reporting.

Analyze inventory transactions, manufacturing costs, variances, and cost accounting activities.

Reconcile general ledger accounts, balance sheet accounts, fixed assets, and bank accounts.

Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Production teams to ensure accurate financial data and inventory controls.

Support external audits, process improvements, and compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
Qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including experience within a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of GAAP, general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close.

Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Sage, or similar manufacturing platforms.

Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, PivotTables, and financial modeling.
