What You’ll Be Doing (B-Tech Responsibilities)
- Perform brake work, suspension, steering, and basic drivetrain repairs
- Diagnose and repair common mechanical issues
- Perform maintenance services (oil services, belts, filters, cooling system work, etc.)
- Assist with basic diagnostics and confirm repair recommendations
- Work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and fellow technicians
- Help maintain a clean, professional work environment
What We’re Looking For
- B-Level technician with 2 years experience (professional shop experience preferred)
- Strong mechanical fundamentals and good diagnostic thinking
- Reliable, team-oriented attitude
- Pride in your work and respect for customers and coworkers
- Willingness to learn and grow as the shop grows
