Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of enterprise platform services supporting identity, access management, and customer enablement. This is a highly technical product leadership role where you'll partner closely with architects and engineering teams to drive platform adoption, technical alignment, and cross-functional execution.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in platform engineering environments and has experience owning internal developer platforms, identity services, authentication, authorization, and shared enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for platform services
- Drive product vision for identity, account management, and shared application services
- Create Features, User Stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements
- Lead backlog prioritization and PI Planning activities within a SAFe environment
- Partner with architects and engineering teams on technical design reviews
- Coordinate initiatives across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
- Drive adoption of enterprise platform capabilities
- Define platform success metrics and developer experience improvements
- Collaborate with Security, Enterprise Architecture, and Product leadership
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or Platform Product Manager
- Experience owning internal platform products or shared enterprise services
- Strong understanding of:
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- OAuth
- OpenID Connect (OIDC)
- SAML
- RBAC / ABAC
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Experience writing Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
- Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, or similar Agile tools
- Ability to participate in architecture and technical design discussions
- Bachelor's degree required
