High school diploma or equivalent.
- Zero (0) to one (1) year of manufacturing experience.
- Basic math skills.
- Knowledge of basic measuring techniques including scales, rulers, US and metric measurement.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate (read, write, and speak in English) with peers, engineers, leads, supervisors, and managers.
- Ability to do small part assembly work using a microscope, vision system, and/or related automated equipment.
- Ability to follow manufacturing procedures and work instructions.
- Ability to work in a culturally diverse work population.
- Ability to work overtime as required.
Desired Qualifications-
Minimum one (1) year of manufacturing experience, preferably in medical device assembly.
- General knowledge of cleanroom procedures.
Physical-
Extended periods of working in a cleanroom or controlled environment, adhering to strict gowning and hygiene requirements.
- Extended periods of sitting or standing.
- Adequate vision (with or without corrective lenses) and hand-eye coordination for precision assembly work, including performing detailed tasks under a microscope for extended periods.
- Frequent use of arms, hands, fingers, and wrists for precision work (e.g., gripping, grasping, pinching, twisting, pulling, etc.)

Occasional bending, twisting, and reaching .
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 15 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- May work with machinery and chemicals, requiring strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as gloves, safety glasses, and gowns, may be required in controlled environments.
- Occasional to moderate use of the computer.

May be required within the position to be in an environment that can include radiation exposure (such as in Cathlabs).
