Job description
FATD is looking for a dependable and collaborative Sandwich & Salad Prep Cook. The primary focus of this position is preparing made-to-order sandwiches and salads while also producing sandwiches for our wholesale customers.
This is a busy, hands-on role for someone who can work efficiently, communicate clearly, and maintain a positive attitude throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Prepare sandwiches and salads accurately and efficiently
- Produce and package sandwiches for wholesale orders
- Slice meats and prepare other ingredients as needed
- Organize ingredients and supplies for daily production
- Communicate clearly with coworkers
- Work collaboratively to keep orders and production moving
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Previous food-service, deli, or kitchen experience is preferred
- Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume environment
- Positive and professional attitude
- Clear communication skills
- Dependable and able to work the full scheduled shift
- Collaborative, team-first mindset
Compensation
Pay begins at $14 per hour. After successfully completing a three-week probationary period, pay increases to $16 per hour.
