MULTI-TRADE CONSTRUCTION WORKER - ON CALL, PER JOB
Bayline Construction LLC is looking for an experienced all-around construction worker for commercial and residential renovation projects in the Tampa Bay area.
English is NOT required. Spanish speakers are welcome. We work in Spanish.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ: This is per-job work, not a full-time position. You will be called when we have a job. Hours are not guaranteed and vary week to week. This is a good fit if you are between projects, want to fill gaps in your schedule, or are looking for extra work.
We need someone who can do it all and who answers the phone when we call.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Tile setting, floor and wall, ceramic and porcelain
- Grout and sealing
- Interior and exterior painting, prep through finish
- Install toilets, sinks, vanities, and fixtures
- Drywall repair, mud, and texture
- Wood and metal stud framing and structural repair
- Bathroom and wet area waterproofing
- ADA grab bar installation
- General carpentry and finish work
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of hands-on construction and renovation experience
- Able to work without supervision
- Own hand tools
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Answers the phone and shows up when called
WHAT WE OFFER
- $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience
- Paid for every hour worked, on time
- Work available year-round as projects come in

NO se requiere inglés. Trabajamos en español.
IMPORTANTE - POR FAVOR LEA: Este es trabajo por obra, no es un puesto de tiempo completo. Se le llamará cuando tengamos trabajo. Las horas no están garantizadas y varían de semana a semana. Es buena opción si está entre proyectos, si quiere llenar huecos en su horario, o si busca trabajo extra.
Necesitamos a alguien que sepa hacer de todo y que conteste el teléfono cuando lo llamemos.
LO QUE VA A HACER
- Instalación de cerámica y porcelanato en piso y pared
- Lechada (grout) y sellado
- Pintura interior y exterior, desde la preparación hasta el acabado
- Instalación de inodoros, lavamanos, tocadores y accesorios
- Reparación de drywall, masilla y textura
- Enmarcado y reparación de estructura de madera y metal
- Impermeabilización de baños y áreas húmedas
- Instalación de barras de apoyo ADA
- Carpintería general y trabajo de acabado
REQUISITOS
- 5+ años de experiencia práctica en construcción y remodelación
- Capaz de trabajar sin supervisión
- Herramientas de mano propias
- Licencia de conducir válida de Florida
- Transporte propio para llegar a las obras
- Que conteste el teléfono y se presente cuando se le llame
LO QUE OFRECEMOS
- $22.00 a $25.00 por hora, según su experiencia
- Pago por cada hora trabajada, siempre a tiempo
- Trabajo disponible todo el año conforme entran los proyectos
- Más horas conforme la empresa crece
