Part-Time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) – Temecula Clinic
First Expressions Speech-Language Pathology Services, Inc. is seeking passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join our growing team. If you’re motivated to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and adults, we’d love to connect with you.
We are currently seeking part-time SLPAs to provide clinical coverage at our Temecula clinic. This position is ideal for SLPAs who are available to work weekends and/or weekdays, depending on clinic scheduling needs and coordination with our existing part-time team members. A minimum commitment of 20 hours per week is required, with schedules developed collaboratively based on clinic needs and therapist availability.
Weekend availability is highly preferred and may qualify applicants for priority scheduling and increased opportunities to build their caseload.

Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services across the lifespan (birth through adulthood)
- Implement evidence-based treatment plans developed by supervising Speech-Language Pathologists
- Educate families and caregivers to support carryover of therapeutic strategies
- Collaborate with parents, educators, physicians, and allied health professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with practice and regulatory standards
Minimum Qualifications
- Active California Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license
- Current TB clearance and background check
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Positive, collaborative attitude with a passion for serving children, adolescents, and adults
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week, including weekend and/or weekday availability based on clinic scheduling needs

Pay: $30.75 - $38.25 per hour
