Duties
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, inventory control, and staff scheduling
- Lead and motivate the retail sales team to meet and exceed sales goals through effective coaching and training
- Manage customer service interactions to ensure a positive shopping experience, addressing concerns promptly and professionally
- Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing potential employees and onboarding new team members
- Handle cash register operations, POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity
- Maintain inventory levels through stock management, merchandising, purchasing, and inventory control procedures
- Supervise shift activities, ensuring operational standards are upheld and safety protocols are followed
Skills
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience managing automotive teams and supervising staff
- Excellent communication skills, including managerial communication and phone etiquette
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic bookkeeping practices
- Skilled in negotiation, purchasing, pricing strategies, and sales management techniques
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Demonstrated experience in automotive industry sales team management, retail math, and operational management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of grocery or retail store product knowledge is advantageous
- Experience with training & development programs to foster employee growth and engagement

This is not an entry level position, those with no to little experience need not apply. Must have valid driver license, with reliable transportation. Background check and reference check will be done in accordance with local state and federal laws as required. This is not an entry level position. This is a full automotive repair shop. Extreme temperatures in the summer an cold winters.

This is a salary position with potential for daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses and comissions.
Pay: $650.00 - $700.00 per week
