Join Denver’s Newest Upscale Chinese Restaurant, Blossom by SYC. Our anticipated opening is July 2026, and we’re looking for passionate, hospitality-professionals to join the team!
Blossom by SYC General Manager
- 3+ years in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or high volume upscale concepts, Asian restaurant experience preferred
- Oversees all FOH operations: Ensure compliance with health safety, labor regulations, and service/ascetic standards at the restaurant
- Guest Experience & Service Excellence: Set Michelin-level or Forbes-level standards, personally handle VIP interactions, and oversee service recovery.
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor top talent. Foster a positive work culture and evaluate the performance of frontline staff, form cohesion amongst Head Chef, Bar Manager, and other leadership positions.
- Responsible Financial & Business Acumen: Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, control labor and inventory costs, and execute strategic budgeting, marketing, and revenue.
