Job Summary
We’re seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. The right candidate is professional, personable, dependable, and passionate about helping people feel their best. You’ll work closely with our chiropractic team to create integrated care plans and meaningful patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic massage (deep tissue, prenatal, myofascial, sports, etc.)
- Collaborate with the chiropractor to support treatment plans
- Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms before/after sessions
- Track performance goals and participate in quarterly planning meetings
- Follow clinic protocols for communication, scheduling, and professionalism
- Support a positive, community-focused environment
Qualifications
- Active Indiana Massage Therapy License
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
- Experience in therapeutic massage preferred
- Must follow PPC’s communication standards
