Position Summary
The Business Development Representative (BDM/BDR) is responsible for driving growth by generating new business, managing existing key referral relationships, and expanding the company's presence across commercial, agents, adjusters, hospitality, education, senior living and property management
This role combines strategic outreach, relationship management, industry networking, and sales execution. The BDR promotes the company as the trusted partner for restoration, mitigation, and reconstruction services while supporting clients through the insurance claims process.
