Job Overview
Seeking a Assembly Technician to support production and manufacturing and medical device operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and production support within a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Assemble mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial equipment according to detailed schematics and blueprints.
- Interpret technical drawings, fabrication instructions, and production documents to ensure precise assembly.
- Perform electro mechanical assembly and testing of medical devices and related components.
- Perform assembly of mechanical, electrical, or electro-mechanical components according to work instructions and engineering specifications.
- Working in a manufacturing, production, or shop floor environment.
- Knowledge of quality systems, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and production processes.
- Conduct testing, inspection, and troubleshooting of products and assemblies to ensure quality and functionality.
- Support day-to-day production operations.
- Measure parts with calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions.
- Assist in welding, soldering, or machining activities as needed for fabrication or repair tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to manufacturing standards and safety regulations.
Education
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
