How you'll contribute
A Housekeeper who excels in this role:

Creates a clean, sanitary, and safe environment while enhancing the appearance of the facility.

Reports to the Director of Environmental Services.

Cleans patient rooms and other assigned areas daily, including collecting and removing trash, changing bed linens, and sanitizing all surfaces.

Follows established policies and procedures for patient isolation.

Stocks paper products and other supplies in patient rooms as needed or assigned.

Maintains carts and equipment in clean, safe working condition and stores them in the appropriate storage area at the end of each shift.

Performs other non-essential duties as assigned.

Reviews and complies with the LifePoint Code of Conduct and all applicable Company and Division policies and procedures.
What we’re looking for

High School Diploma Preferred
Work Experience:

Previous clinical housekeeping experience Preferred
Required Skills:

Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Copper Springs East in Gilbert, AZ, located in the greater Phoenix metro area, is a behavioral health hospital providing inpatient and outpatient programs for mental health and addiction. We treat adults and seniors.
Our treatment programs include inpatient mental health and addiction treatment, outpatient Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and ECT therapy.
