Carpet Cleaning Technician & Commercial Sales Representative

At Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning, we're looking for someone with sales experience and strong people skills. We can teach you how to clean carpets, we need you to know how to build relationships, ask for the sale, and help grow the business.
You'll spend part of your day providing exceptional carpet cleaning services for jobs that come in through our advertising, and when your schedule allows, you'll visit local businesses to introduce our commercial services, generate leads, and build long-term customer relationships.
If you're comfortable talking with homeowners, business owners, and property managers and enjoy earning more based on your performance, this could be a great fit.
What We Provide

- Sales experience is required.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Clean driving record.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Able to consistently lift 45 pounds.
- Live in or near the Ogden/Brigham City or Logan area
Pay & Earning Potential
This is a performance-based role.
- Average earnings of $18–$25+ per hour, with no cap on your earning potential.
- Top performers earn even more through upselling services, customer tips, and commercial sales commissions.
- We provide the cleaning appointments—your communication skills and initiative determine how much you earn.
- During downtime between jobs, you'll have the opportunity to prospect for new commercial accounts instead of simply waiting for the next appointment.
- New commercial accounts earn ongoing commissions, giving you another way to increase your income.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
