**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for child welfare and education, with experience in preschool and early childhood development. **Responsibilities:** - Plan and implement educational programs and activities for children - Provide tutoring and support to students in various subjects - Utilize Montessori methods to enhance learning experiences - Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and children - Create a safe and nurturing environment for toddler care - Implement strategies for early intervention when needed - Incorporate physical education into daily routines **Experience:** The successful candidate should possess: - Experience working with children in a teaching or childcare setting - Knowledge of childhood development principles - Strong understanding of child welfare practices - Familiarity with preschool curriculum **Skills:** Nice-to-have skills include: - Experience in Montessori education - Ability to communicate effectively with children and adults - Proficiency in providing toddler care - Background in physical education for young learners This is a paid position that offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners.
